Some of our crop are processed with sizer, a machine that helps employees to wash and grade fruits, so each customer can choose the size that prefers.
Production is obtained by following the protocol of GLOBAL G.A.P. All seeds and plants are purchased from certified nurseries by Mercato Comune with national regulations and free from GMO. Cultivation, fertilization, irrigation and plant care are aimed at reducing the chemical pollution of the environment. Before harvesting, crop samples are sent to accredited laboratories, these ones perform multi-residue analysis in order to verify the absence of non-autorizhed chemical residues.
